We’re hiring a Maintenance Assistant and welcome your application and set of experiences for our Lakeville senior living community. This general repairs and grounds position is responsible for performing general maintenance consistent with the preventative maintenance program as instructed by the Environmental Services Director.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position https://www.ebenezercares.org/employee-benefits. 80 hours per two-week pay period.

Responsibilities/Job Description
Repairs and maintains work orders for residents’ individual living apartment homes and community spaces
Keeps grounds and walkways free from obstructions including snow removal, and operating motorized grounds equipment
Monitors and performs basic repairs to HVAC, security, safety, electrical and plumbing equipment
Apartment turnovers
Qualifications
One to three years previous experience in a similar environment
Vocation/Technical training preferred
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desire to work with older adults
