Starting wage of $13.10/hour and guaranteed wage increase of $2.00 over the course of the first year of employment.
We are looking for a Server/Culinary Assistant. This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our senior residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Assisted Living Community. This food services schedule includes:
casual/on-call (able to pickup shifts ahead of time to fill in for pre-planned needs or help with last minute support)
day/early evening shifts (3, 4, 8 hour shift options)
3 shifts a month, 1 being on the weekend. 1 holiday a year

Responsibilities/Job Description
Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting
Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction with their meal service
Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies
Assists with meal prep and special events
Provides kitchen support when needed with dishwashing and cleaning of floors
Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills and aptitude, teamwork and positive attitude required
Desire to work with seniors
Ability to interact empathetically and communicate effectively with residents and staff
Prefer some work experience in a customer service setting, but not required
