The Sales Manager will be responsible for direct sales of standard and custom products to OEM customers and industrial accounts. You will take on existing accounts and develop sales with the addition of new customers. You will work with the engineering team as needed to develop custom products for specific customer requirements. Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating sales activities to maximize sales and profits as outlined below.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
This position may supervise employees in the Sales Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Bachelor’s degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university and minimum of five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
