Energetic and Dynamic Bank Operations Leadership Position
Calling all energetic and dynamic leaders with an ability to think on their feet, manage dynamic customer and employee relationships and execute on a growth plan! Premier Bank Minnesota, a family owned and operated community bank with a small business expertise has an exciting opening for an Operations Supervisor position at our Farmington location. This position is responsible for administering effective staffing, planning, coordination, direction and growth of the office. Responsibilities include growing the customer base by identifying, gathering and developing new customer relationships, and effectively managing staff. This position will oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with audit policies, procedures, and regulations.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience in banking, business, finance, accounting or related field
Three to six years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience with preferred three years experience in a supervisory capacity.
Thorough knowledge of bank operations, products, and services as well as bank compliance and regulatory knowledge.
Strong customer service, communication and supervisory skills.
