Part-time Liquor Store Sales Associate Part Time

The City of Lakeville is accepting applications for immediate openings for part-time Liquor Store Sales Associate at our Galaxie, Heritage and Kenrick locations. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Various shifts available. Day shift is from 8:30-4:30 or 9:00-5:00; Mid shift is from 10-6 or 11-7; Evening shift 3-close or 4:30-close. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required. 

Candidates will be notified within 3 months of application if a position is available.

Major Areas of Accountability 

• Responsible for accurate management of money received through the sales of store products.
• Provide efficient, courteous and knowledgeable service to the customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of building and products.
• Perform all duties listed in job description, as well as any additional duties as directed by the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager on duty.

Qualifications 

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must possess the ability to operate a computerized point of sale system
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
• Requires sound judgment in the handling of product and money.
• Must possess the ability to deal courteously with customers, judging age and condition of person before selling, following policies set forth by Lakeville Liquors
