Job Description:
• Manage the reception area and create the company’s first and best impression with guests and telephone callers
• Ensure the effective telephone and email communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image
• Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location(s), company fax numbers,
company website and other related information.
• Collect and distribute mail, email, fax messages and other written communications.
• Use office equipment such as the photocopier, fax machine, postage machine, computers, etc.
• Assists with basic administrative and clerical functions such as photocopying, faxing, filing, typing, correspondence,
reports, and other documents
• Ensuring office supplies are properly stocked at all times and facilitating new orders as needed
• Participate as needed in special projects
• Any and all other duties assigned
Must have: Education of High School or Equivalent and 1 year of office experience, computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing are required.
