Come join our wonderful team, at the Holiday Inn Lakeville. We are looking for a dedicated 3pm-11pm /Full-time/Part time front desk clerk.
· Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments.
· Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates.
· Registers arriving guests and assigns rooms.
· Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department
· Coordinates guest room maintenance work with the maintenance division.
· Promote services of the hotel.
· Understand and know daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel.
· Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager or front office manager.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
