• Assist in carrying out various clerical processes and procedures in payroll and basic accounting
• Complete all employment verifications in a timely manner
• Administer new hire process to ensure new hire paperwork is properly processed and submitted
• Keep employee records up-to-date by submitting accurate employee data to HRIS support
• Assist with recruiting activities (posting positions, pre-screening applicants, and interviewing)
• Ensure background information for new hires is entered accurately and timely in screening system
• Create Excel reports
• Make photocopies, faxes/scans documents and performs other clerical functions
• Assist or prepares correspondence
• Performs other duties as requested by leadership
EDUCATION, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
• Associates Degree preferred
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
• Previous experience with database systems is preferred
• Requires prior knowledge of general office procedures
• Prior experience in HR preferred
• Requires oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Flexible hours – 8 hrs/day)
