• Draft communication to internal & external sources
• Organize & maintain electronic filing system, scanning, filing, copying, data entry, & other clerical assignments
• Post job Ads, reviewing & tracking resumes & job applications, pre-screen applicants, schedule interviews, follow-up with hiring managers & applicants
• assist in the coordination & communication of Corporate initiatives, HR initiatives, & wellness plans, Assist with new employee orientation, development & record keeping, Create new hire & benefit packets, Assist with compensation & benefits administration, Audit & process the monthly benefit invoices, provide FMLA notifications & tracking FMLA time off, coordinate daily benefits processing- this includes medical, dental, vision, HSA applications, 401K enrollments, & workman’s comp.
• Assist management & other departments with special projects when assigned
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
