Assistant Project Manager / Customer Service Representative Full Time

Responsibilities 

  1. Entering quotes via Shoptech E2 ERP system (experience a plus).
    1. Entering routing
    2. Material costs
    3. Vendor costs
    4. Creating folders and organizing per Air-Lake process and procedures
  2. Updating Monday (project board) daily
  3. Contacting vendors for material quotations
  4. Creating vendor POs and ordering the material
  5. Receiving customer POs; verify pricing, check material stock
  6. Tracking orders
    1. Internally via Monday’s project boards to make sure items are on time and keeping customers up to date.
    2. Outsourced parts
    3. Purchases
  7. Answering phones whether it be from forwarded calls or at the shop.

Candidate must have a can-do attitude, work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks at once and have great trouble shooting abilities
