Office Manager/Customer Service Rep. Position

Successful Insurance Agency is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Team Member for full or part-time position.

This agency position provides you with an opportunity for a career in the Insurance industry. It is a great chance to learn from and work alongside a successful Insurance Agent. You will receive training and support as you work. Your focus as a Team Member is to work with clients who have a need for our services and begin to build long term relationships with our company and agency.

-Base Pay plus commission and bonus-

Responsibilities for this position include:

Marketing – Secure new clients (thru agency marketing) by providing our range of insurance products to fit client’s specific needs – Achieve agency production goals

Customer Relations – Discuss insurance product offerings with potential customers – Maintain high customer service standards to attract new customers

Minimum Standards – Agency experience preferred (not necessary but encouraged) – Sales experience preferred (not necessary but encouraged) – Property & Casualty license (required once position accepted) – Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – HS graduate or higher education – No felony/misdemeanor convictions – Good driving record
